DevDocs Agent Terms

These DevDocs Agent Terms are a product-specific supplement to the Dev Docs LLC Terms of Service. By accessing DevDocs Agent, you agree to both documents. If they conflict, this supplement controls only for your use of DevDocs Agent.
1. Current service
DevDocs Agent is a limited alpha service for approved accounts. Features, capacity, integrations, and availability may change or be unavailable. The service is provided without a service-level commitment unless Dev Docs LLC agrees otherwise in writing.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Access is limited to the workspaces and roles assigned to you. You may not access another person's workspace or bypass account, usage, or security controls.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in prompts, files, messages, instructions, and other content you submit. You give Dev Docs LLC permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve DevDocs Agent. You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit or connect.
4. AI output
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output and any proposed action before relying on it, publishing it, or using it to make decisions. Do not use DevDocs Agent as a substitute for qualified professional judgment in high-impact matters.
5. Connected services and actions
When you connect another service, you authorize DevDocs Agent to exchange data with that service within the permissions you grant. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for reviewing requested permissions and confirming actions performed through connected services.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use DevDocs Agent to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with the service, evade usage limits, obtain unauthorized access, or create material risk for Dev Docs LLC, its users, or connected services.
7. Credits and billing
AI use may draw from a credit balance and may stop when the balance or spend cap is exhausted. Starter credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire or be withdrawn where permitted by law. Paid production checkout is not currently available. Any future purchase will show its price and billing terms before you authorize payment.
8. Suspension and termination
Dev Docs LLC may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect the service, enforce these terms, respond to legal requirements, or address nonpayment or security risk. You may stop using DevDocs Agent at any time.
9. Changes
We may update this supplement as DevDocs Agent changes. The updated date above shows when this version took effect. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel.
